ようこそ、Spice Journal のサイトへ。

☆☆☆ Spice journal とは日本初(たぶん)のスパイス専門誌のことでございます。
しかも、ぜ～んぶBilingualルル～。季刊発行。ボリュームは基本32PのカラーでA5サイズ。

年間購読者には年2回、club-THALI オリジナル・ガラムマサラまたはカレー粉(*1) も付いてきます！さらに高レベル防湿・冷凍対応 & 85℃のボイルに30分まで耐えられる超上質パックに梱包してお送りしますので、作ったカレーの保存にも使えるという仕組みでございます。

サブタイトルは「スパイスが紡ぐ味と人」。
国籍や料理のジャンルなど枠にとらわれることなく、スパイスが示す方向ならどこへでも、というのが信条です。It is Flexibility！の超インディーズ！

ただ、その分、何かと手間をおかけしてしまうことも多くてみなさまにはご面倒をおかけします。いまのところ、ご注文の方法はメールかファックスでその旨をお知らせいただくしかありません。またはわずか数名のteamSJのメンバーとばったりと出会うか。　本当は昔の酒屋さんのように御用聞きに周りたいくらいなんですが。

東京中央線阿佐ヶ谷駅を降りて、閑静な住宅街を歩くこと約10分。住所の通り、本当にアパートの4階に店舗があるんです。これほどの生活感を感じる書店は希少だと思います。やっぱり料理書専門だからでしょうか。いや、店主の小川さんが食いしん坊なのかな。

カワムラケンジ　プロフィール
大阪原産。幼稚園時代の趣味は近所の家の食巡り。
パチンコ中毒の主婦や長距離トラックの運転手、その他キワモノなどがあつまる裏町の大衆中華料理店で育つ。
その後、スポーツクラブのラウンジや築地魚河岸、バーの経営などを体験していく中で、創作料理研究家・ライターとしても活動開始。
マイ標語「スパイスのように慎ましくたくましく」

About club-THALI

Club THALI is the name of the culinary institute founded by the editor of Spice Journal, Kenji Kawamura. A key theme is to widen the range of spices used, by exploring those used across a variety of countries and cooking styles.

Currently based at the home of the founder, it aims to create recipes and blends of spices.

Various kinds of dishes such as the Chinese cuisines and Europe dishes were experienced when it was young.
Therefore, my profitable technique is a creation dish.
The food journalist also is doing.
Spice dish development place "club-THALI" is being managed.
